Edward K. Blodnick
Edward K. Blodnick graduated from Harvard College and received his Juris Doctorate from Columbia Law School in 1957. He is a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida State Bars and is licensed to practice in New York district courts, as well as the Federal Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Blodnick concentrates his practice in complex corporate litigation and issues surrounding the corporate practice of medicine.
Mr. Blodnick has an AV® Preeminent™ rating (5.0 out of 5.0) with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating an attorney can obtain. Martindale-Hubbell is a peer review process that rates lawyers. Such a rating indicates that Mr. Blodnick has been recognized by other attorneys for possessing the highest levels of skill and integrity.
Thomas R. Fazio
Thomas R. Fazio graduated from Syracuse University and earned his Juris Doctorate from City University of New York. He became a member of the New York State Bar in 1986. In 1996, Mr. Fazio began his own law practice serving corporations and small businesses in New York State. He has also spent nine years serving as in-house counsel for secured commercial lenders with annual revenues in the billions of dollars.
Mr. Fazio enjoys using his unique experience and varied resources to negotiate and document important business transactions for large and small businesses. He concentrates in corporate formations, structure and finance, as well as operation and funding of medical facilities across the country.
Dana J. Finkelstein, Of Counsel
Dana J. Finkelstein graduated from Ithaca College in 1987 after receiving her B.A. in Political Science. She then went on to study law at Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law, receiving her Juris Doctor in 1990. Ms. Finkelstein is admitted to practice in New York as of January 9, 1991 and Connecticut as of December 7, 1990, and is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and its matrimonial and family law committees. She practices within Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Kings, New York, Richmond, Bronx, and Westchester counties.
During her over 21 years of practice, Ms. Finkelstein has concentrated in matrimonial and family law, dealing with both uncontested and high conflict cases, engaging in successful settlement negotiations or, when settlement is not possible, trying cases successfully before the Court to completion on issues relating to custody, child support, spousal support, orders of protection, business valuations, license/degree valuations, equitable distribution of marital assets and liabilities, post nuptial and prenuptial agreements, separation agreements, same sex marriage issues, as well as seeking enforcement and/or modifications of previous agreements relating to the above.
Steven A. Sternlicht, Of Counsel
Steven A. Sternlicht graduated from Hofstra University with a B.A. in Political Science in 1964. He received his J.D. degree in 1967 from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of its law review (St. Thomas More Institute). He entered the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Generals Corps in 1968 as a Captain, after having practiced law at the Federal Trade Commission in Manhattan. While serving in the military, he received his M.B.A. in Finance from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.
Mr. Sternlicht is a member of the New York State and American Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice before all of the Courts of New York State, the U.S. Court of Claims, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. After finishing his service in the U.S. Army in 1972, Mr. Sternlicht received the U.S. Army Commendation Medal.
Mr. Sternlicht returned to the Federal Trade Commission, followed by his practicing law at two small firms, Albanese, Albanese & Fiore in Jamaica, Queens, and Pace & Pace in West Islip, where he was made a partner. He opened his own law practice in 1981 in Suffolk County, and has been a single practitioner, servicing his clients with personal attention for over thirty years. He has been most active in the following areas: Real estate, complex zoning, tax certiorari, landlord-tenant matters, zoning litigation, commercial business matters, commercial litigation, estate planning and litigation, wills, trusts, mortgage foreclosure proceedings and OSHA litigation.
Paul A. Lanni
Paul A. Lanni graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook and earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. He became a member of the New York State Bar in 1997 and also practices in the federal courts. He has been a general practitioner concentrating in Commercial Litigation, General Litigation, Real Estate and Complex Real Estate Workouts, Landlord/Tenant, Foreclosure, Estate Planning and Estate Litigation, Matrimonial and Family Law, Corporate Law and Business Planning, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and Vehicle and Traffic Law. He also periodically lectures continuing legal education programs concerning issues on landlord/tenant, foreclosure, real estate purchase agreements and title issues, and civil litigation.
Mr. Lanni enjoys using his diverse experience in handling matters which involve multiple areas of law to provide clients with legal solutions which incorporate several of his areas of legal expertise.
Jessica A. Gould
Jessica A. Gould received her Bachelor’s Degrees in both English and Psychology in 2004, graduating Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She then went on to receive her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007 and was admitted to practice law in New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2008, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2011.
Since her admission to practice law, Ms. Gould has focused on Family and Matrimonial Law, participating in all aspects of this area of the law such as custody, child support, spousal support, the equitable distribution of marital assets and liabilities, orders of protection, modifications of the foregoing, and contempt proceedings, including hearings and trials in both the Supreme and Family Courts. She has also practiced in the areas of Appellate Practice, Bankruptcy Law, Criminal Law, Real Estate Law, and Civil Litigation, including significant time spent in the area of homeowner representation in foreclosures.
Danielle N. Grzan
Ms. Grzan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Seton Hall University in 2003. While at Seton Hall, Mr. Grzan was the recipient of a four-year President’s Circle Scholarship and a Bank of Boston Scholarship. She also participated in the school’s Honors Program and volunteered her time with the charity 10,000 Mentors, mentoring inner-city youth.
Ms. Grzan received her Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2007, where she was a member of the Moot Court team and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. Grzan also participated in Hofstra’s Family Law Externship Program where she interned with the Honorable Elaine Jackson Stack (Ret.) at the Nassau County Supreme Court. Ms. Grzan was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2008 and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in 2012.
Ms. Grzan focuses her practice on commercial litigation and insurance defense work.
Lauren C. Davies
Lauren C. Davies received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2008 from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in New York City in 2011. She was admitted to practice law in New York in 2012.
